Delivery Policy

Processing Time
All prescriptions are dispensed and dispatched from our registered UK pharmacy once a valid prescription has been received and clinically approved. Orders are usually processed within 1 working day.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): 2–3 working days

• Express Delivery (Tracked 24): 1–2 working days

• Cold-chain Medicines (e.g. Mounjaro, Ozempic): shipped with temperature-controlled packaging and tracked delivery to ensure integrity.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and include postage and packaging. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free delivery promotions.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact our support team at info@citydockpharmacy.co.uk quoting your order number.
